Autosaves are disabled and you only get three lives. In Hell Or Hell mode, you die in one hit, but all enemies have full health bars. Successfully complete the game on the Dante Must Die difficulty to unlock the Hell Or Hell difficulty. In Heaven Or Hell mode, all enemies die with one hit, including bosses.
Successfully complete the game on the Dante Must Die difficulty to unlock the Heaven Or Hell difficulty. This difficulty is basically "Very Hard" mode. Successfully complete the game on the Son Of Sparda difficulty to unlock the Dante Must Die difficulty.
